CHAPTER FOURTEEN

“A puppy dog,” Ben said.

“That’s perfect,” said Jake. “Slut #2 is going to be a bitch.”

This is nice and degrading, Kimani thought to herself as she got down on all fours with reluctance. She had gotten over, mostly, having to be naked in front of these guys. Unlike Jake, Ben had not made nudity a requisite. She had decided to go without clothing in solidarity with the other women. But she would have willingly passed up pretending to be a four-legged animal. She couldn’t even remember ever playing a pet as a child. She understood that petplay was kinky, and maybe if it was just her and Ben, it wouldn’t be so bad.

Maybe.

“For the first test to earn your breakfast,” Jake announced, “our pets must prove to us how good they are at being a pet. My piggie is going to roll around in the mud and oink like a happy pig.”

Claire bit down on her lower lip, but with Jake staring at her intently, she wasn’t going to disobey. She lay on her back and rolled from side to side.

“Oink, oink,” she squeaked.

Lisa licked her arms like a cat cleaning itself and meowed.

“Mine is giving me a pony ride,” Derek said. He sat astride Ryan’s back, pretending he was a cowboy with a lasso. “Yeehaw!”

With dread, Kimani looked up at Ben. What was he going to make her do?

“I would make that bitch lick our shoes,” suggested Jake.

Ben looked at him. “She’s not your pet anymore. She’s mine.”

He scanned the room before saying to her, “Fetch me that pen on the floor by the plant.”

Shit. How had he seen that? She had deliberately placed the pen there after arriving in the room. The recorder inside of it was on.

“Go on. Fetch.”

Suppressing a scowl, she crawled on all fours over to the pen and picked it up with her mouth. Crawling back, she dropped the pen at his feet.

“Pick it up and put it in my hand,” he instructed.

She did as told, hoping he wouldn’t click the top of the pen, which would turn the recorder off.

“Good puppy,” he said

“Don’t dogs bark?” Jake asked.

Though Ben didn’t look pleased with Jake’s interjection, he turned to Kimani. “Are you a happy puppy, my pet?”

Fucker. He wanted her to bark.

“Woof.”

She couldn’t believe she had just done that. This story had better land her that job at the Tribune.

“Do you like fetching things for your Master?”

She ground her teeth before barking, “Woof, woof.”

She noticed the tenting at his crotch. The guy was getting off on this shit.

“Now show me what other tricks you can do. Rollover.”

Bastard. But she went to the floor and rolled over. He studied her with a cool, almost eerie intensity, but arousal dilated his dark pupils.

“Now sit up and beg.”

She got up on her knees, put up her hands like two front paws, and panted.

Jake laughed. “Maybe you’ve got your pet trained well after all.”

“Now wag your tail for your Master to show how happy you are.”

Something about the way he looked at her, his I-want-to-fuck-you-now stare, messed with her.
